The vitamin c serum gives a stingy feel onto my dry sensitive skin although no further reaction is experienced. Just a little bit of tingling then it vanishes away after a several seconds. As with all other serums, it is 20% concentration which is the intended usage. I was impressed that they eliminated water in which I find in almost any of my bottle as the first ingredient. It does make a difference because of the high concentrated formula, I need to only use a little bit and it works its magic without being too harsh and in the morning you could really see a difference with the skin. Makes it a little bit more supple, soft and really just a tad better than tired dry and flaky skin. Speaking of which it did treat uneven texture that I had especially around the mouth area.
The eye gel has a refreshing minty feel, not greasy and helps makeup adhere better. It dries very quickly & smooths out the eye area. I don't have wrinkles showing but it really does help in smoothing out creases especially under the eye. A little goes a long way, I dip my finger in the pot and whatever adheres to my finger I gently spread it around the eye area and it is enough so the little pot can last a long time. It is my favorite eye gel for the moment and I love love (1000x) how it really lives up to its claim.
This is a great deal to try out if you're new in the Vitamin C skincare regimen, with a bonus eye gel & a serum at the same time
